Compatibility & Installation

All prices listed on the Chensox website are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs, which will be calculated and communicated prior to order confirmation.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is that confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
• Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation. Chensox may require full or partial payment in advance for certain orders.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other methods as agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of order processing.

Chensox ships internationally from China. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss and title for all products passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
• Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Chensox is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure events, or carrier failures.
• Shipping insurance is available upon request and at the buyer's expense.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, incorrectly supplied, or damaged in transit, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
• A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained from Chensox prior to shipping any return.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a Chensox error.
• Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Warranty

Chensox warrants that products sold are free from material defects under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications by the buyer.

All content on the Chensox website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Chensox or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the website content solely for the purpose of evaluating and purchasing Chensox products. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent.

References to third-party brand names such as "Heidelberg" and "Komori" are used solely for the purpose of identifying compatible equipment and do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those companies.

Chensox's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Chensox in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Chensox is not liable for:

• Any loss of production, downtime, or business interruption resulting from product failure or delayed delivery.
• Damage to machinery, equipment, or property caused by incorrect installation or use of parts.
• Any reliance on information, descriptions, or advisory provided on the website or by sales staff.
• Losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chensox, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.
